BUSINESS RATES - APRIL 2017


Did you know that the draft valuation list has now been published and you can log on to the Government website and check what the proposed business rates are for any business property. The new figures apply to all properties as from 1st April, 2017. The web address is www.gov.uk/correct-your-business-rates

Additionally, as from 1st April, 2017, the threshold for claiming Small Business Rates Relief is being increased to a Rateable Value of £15,000 from £12,000.
